Rule 2.104 Font size; printing

When you file papers with a California trial court, the text must be at least 12 points in size. This applies to all documents unless a specific rule says something different.

If you are submitting paper copies rather than filing electronically, the documents must be printed, typewritten, or photocopied. Whatever method you use, the copies need to be clear and easy to read, just as readable as a printed document.
