§ 995.840 If a bond under this article is given in an action or proceeding: (a) The bond shall be approved by the court.

Rule Text

If a bond under this article is given in an action or proceeding:

(a) The bond shall be approved by the court.

(b) Any party for whose benefit the bond is given may object to the bond.
