§ 995.920 The beneficiary may object to a bond on any of the following grounds: (a) The sureties are insufficient. (b) The amount of the bond is insufficient.

The beneficiary may object to a bond on any of the following grounds:

(a)  The sureties are insufficient.

(b)  The amount of the bond is insufficient.

(c)  The bond, from any other cause, is insufficient.
