This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2031, and as of that date is repealed.

Amendment history: Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 168, Sec. 7. (AB 2943) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2031, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 2.9D, commencing with Section 1001.81.
