Rule 6.7 Reports

A grand jury has the option to write up a report on what it found during its investigation. This report can be released publicly, but only under the specific conditions laid out in Colorado state law (Section 16-5-205.5).

This means grand juries don't just hand down indictments or decide not to charge someone. They can also put together a written summary of their findings, which may cover things like problems with government agencies or other issues they looked into. However, releasing this report isn't automatic. The law sets out the exact steps and requirements that must be followed before a report can be made public.
