Rule 1007-3 Waiver of Credit Counseling and/or Personal Financial Management Course Any debtor seeking exemption from the requirements to (1) obtain pre-petition credit counseling briefing and/or (2) complete a post-petition course in personal financial management must file a request with the court which utilizes or complies substantially with AK LBF 42 seeking to be exempted from one or both of those requirements. Joint debtors must each file their own separate request.
