Rule 7004-1 Service on Debtor's Attorney If a debtor is represented by an attorney in the main bankruptcy case, whenever service is made upon the debtor under Rule 7004, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, service of the summons and complaint shall also be served upon the debtor's attorney by any means authorized by Rule 7005, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
