Rule 9019-1 Motions to Approve Settlement Agreements
(a) Motions seeking approval of settlement agreements must attach a copy of the subject agreement as an exhibit to the motion or state that no separate agreement exists.
(b) Orders on motions to approve settlements must be lodged separately from the motion.
