L.B.R. 1007-1. List of Creditors and Equity Security Holders The list containing the name and address of each entity and individual included or to be included on Schedules D, E/F, G, and H required by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1007(a) must be provided in the format as directed by Clerk's Office Procedures maintained on the Court's website.
