DCt.LBR 9029–1 BANKRUPTCY COURT LOCAL RULES The Bankruptcy Court is authorized to make and amend rules of practice and procedure to govern all cases, proceedings, and other matters in the Bankruptcy Court, subject to the limitations and requirements of Bankruptcy Rule 9029(a) (1). Such rules and amendments shall not be inconsistent with these District Court Local Bankruptcy Rules, and when proposed shall be transmitted to the Chief Judge of the District Court. The District Court may order that any proposed rule or amendment not take effect and may abrogate any such rule or amendment after it takes effect.
