DCt.LBR 9029–2 DISTRICT COURT LOCAL CIVIL RULES APPLICABLE TO BANKRUPTCY MATTERS IN THE DISTRICT COURT Except when a District Court Local Civil Rule would be inconsistent with a District Court Local Bankruptcy Rule, a Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure, or a statutory provision, the District Court Local Civil Rules apply to any bankruptcy matter pending in the District Court, including appeals, motions to withdraw the reference, de novo review proceedings, and proceedings for which the reference has been withdrawn.
