RULE 3018–1 Chapter 9 or 11—Accepting or Rejecting a Plan Summary of Ballots. Any proponent of a plan in a chapter 11 case shall file a summary of ballots (acceptances and rejections) with the Clerk prior to the hearing on confirmation. The ballots shall not be filed with the Clerk unless the Court so orders.
