RULE 4001–7 Postpetition Applications to Modify Loan A debtor may submit an application for a loan modification to a creditor postpetition, and a creditor may consider such application postpetition, without first obtaining relief from the automatic stay. The documents, correspondence, and other communication between the debtor and the creditor regarding a postpetition application for a loan modification are subject to Local Bankruptcy Rule 4001–4.
