RULE 5011–1 Motion to Withdraw a Case or Proceeding or to Abstain from Hearing a Proceeding; Staying a Proceeding A motion for withdrawal of reference is governed by DCt.LBR 5011–2 of the District Court. See Appendix A. All briefing shall be governed by the rules of the District Court, including those rules governing timing, unless otherwise ordered by the District Court.
