Local Rule RULE 7003–1: Commencing an Adversary Proceeding

RULE 7003–1 Commencing an Adversary Proceeding A party who is not represented by an authorized filing user of the electronic case filing system shall file with the complaint a properly completed adversary proceeding cover sheet in substantial compliance with the applicable form promulgated by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. The Clerk shall provide such forms to the public upon request.
