RULE 7007.1–1 Corporate Ownership Statement Any corporate party required to make disclosures under Bankruptcy Rule 7007.1(a) shall file a single such statement via NextGen CM/ECF. The statement shall provide an address for each entity listed. A party shall file the statement with its initial pleading filed in the Court and shall promptly supplement the statement upon any change in the information.
