RULE 7054–2 Attorney's Fees and Nontaxable Expenses Unless a longer period is fixed by statute or by the Court, any motion by a prevailing party for an award of attorney's fees and expenses not taxable as costs must be filed within twenty-one (21) days after the entry of a judgment or order.
