RULE 9019–1 Compromise or Settlement; Arbitration Filing Procedures. In an adversary proceeding, a motion for approval of a settlement shall be filed in the adversary case and served on all parties in the adversary case. Notice of the motion for approval of a settlement shall be filed in the main case and served on all parties entitled to receive notice.
