RULE 9029–1 Adopting Local Rules; Limit on Enforcing a Local Rule; Absence of Controlling Law The Court may suspend the requirements or provisions of any of these Local Bankruptcy Rules in a particular case or proceeding, on the motion of a party for good cause shown, or upon its own motion, and may enter such other orders as are appropriate.
