Local Bankr. R. 7001-1 Adversary Proceedings - General. Effective March 16, 2026 An adversary complaint shall be filed in the division in which the related Debtor case is pending. Motions to proceed in forma pauperis shall be governed by D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 3(d).
