Local Bankr. R. 9083-4 Attorneys - Withdrawals. Effective March 16, 2026 D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 7(e) applies to motions for withdrawal of an appearance. Motions to Withdraw an Appearance appear on Appendix M and may be scheduled for a hearing.
