BANKRUPTCY LOCAL RULE 1006-1 FEES-INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS Every voluntary petition submitted to the Clerk of Court for filing shall be accompanied by one of the following payment options: i) full payment of the applicable filing fee; ii) an application for waiver of the filing fee (Official Form B103B), if debtor qualifies; or iii) an application to pay the filing fee in installments (Official Form B103A). The Clerk of Court is authorized to reject or dismiss a voluntary petition that is not accompanied by one of the above payment options.
