BANKRUPTCY LOCAL RULE 2070-1 ESTATE ADMINISTRATION Funds of the Estate – Account Identification. The signature card (or if there is none, the depository agreement) for any account containing funds which are the property of a bankruptcy estate must clearly indicate that the depositor or investor is a "debtor in possession" or a trustee in bankruptcy.
