BANKRUPTCY LOCAL RULE 3017-2 CHAPTER 11 - DISCLOSURE STATEMENT - SMALL BUSINESS CASES In a small business case governed by § 1125(f), a plan proponent may file a motion to seek (i) approval of a disclosure statement submitted using a court-approved standard form, (ii) conditional approval of a disclosure statement subject to final approval after notice and a hearing, or (iii) a determination that the plan itself provides adequate information and that a separate disclosure statement is not necessary. Any disclosure statement for which conditional or final approval is sought must be attached as an exhibit to the motion.
