Bankruptcy Local Rule 5005-4 Electronic Filing The Court will accept for filing documents submitted, signed, verified or served by electronic means that comply with the CM/ECF Administrative Procedures established by the Court as set forth in General Order No. 09-0007, and any amendments thereto as may be adopted from time to time. The electronic filing of a document in accordance with the CM/ECF Administrative Procedures constitutes the filing of the document and entry of the document on the docket by the Clerk under FRBP 5003 and the Bankruptcy Local Rules of this court.
