BANKRUPTCY LOCAL RULE 7001-2 EFFECT OF DISMISSAL OF BANKRUPTCY CASE ON ADVERSARY PROCEEDINGS Whenever a bankruptcy case is dismissed, any adversary proceeding filed in connection with that case will be dismissed without prejudice unless otherwise ordered, and any proceedings that have been removed to the bankruptcy court in connection with that case shall be remanded.
