LBR 1007-3. List of 20 Largest Creditors in Chapter 11 Case In a voluntary chapter 11 case, the list containing the name, address, and claim of the creditors holding the 20 largest unsecured claims (Official Form 104/204) must include the email address of the creditor or agent of the creditor, if known to the debtor.
