LBR 3002-2. Extension of Time to File Claim As provided in Bankruptcy Rule 3002(c)(7), a creditor may request an extension of time to file a proof of claim by filing a motion that substantially conforms to the local form (Motion to Extend Time to File Proof of Claim).
