LBR 7001-2. Effect of Dismissal of Bankruptcy Case on Pending Adversary Proceeding Whenever a case is dismissed, the court may, without notice or hearing, dismiss without prejudice any adversary proceeding filed in connection with that case, and remand any proceedings that have been removed to the bankruptcy court in connection with that case.
