LBR 9003-5. Gratuities No person may directly or indirectly give or offer to give, nor may any judge, employee, trustee, or anyone appointed by the court or by any judge for any purpose accept on such individual's behalf or on behalf of the court any gift or gratuity, regardless of value, directly or indirectly related to services performed by or for the court.
