Bankruptcy Local Rule 7026-1 DISCOVERY RULES NOT APPLICABLE IN ADVERSARY PROCEEDINGS Except as otherwise ordered by the court, provisions of Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1)-(4) concerning requirements for disclosure of information, the first sentence of Rule 26(d) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) (and those provisions of Rule 16 and Rules 30-37 referring thereto) concerning discovery meetings will not be applicable in any adversary proceeding pending or filed.
