LBR 3010.1 SMALL DIVIDENDS IN CHAPTER 13 CASES Chapter 13 Trustees may distribute payments of less than $15 without a court order when the Trustee determines it is unlikely that the distribution to a particular creditor(s) will ever reach the $15.00 limit provided by Fed.
