LBR 9010.1 APPEARANCE BY CORPORATIONS, PARTNERSHIPS AND ENTITIES OTHER THAN INDIVIDUALS A corporation, partnership, or entity other than an individual may appear and participate only through an attorney in an adversary proceeding, contested matter or other court hearing involving the questioning of a witness or a presentation to the court. This rule does not prohibit a corporation, partnership, or other entity from acting without an attorney in filing a claim, voting to elect a trustee, serving on an approved committee, or filing an acceptance/rejection of a plan under Chapters 11, 12, or 13. * * *
