Rule 2015-1. Filing Reports in Chapter 11 In a chapter 11 case, the debtor shall file monthly operating reports and post confirmation reports in accordance with the United States Trustee's Operating Guidelines and Reporting Requirements (Region 1). If the debtor has been removed from possession, the trustee shall file the monthly operating reports and post confirmation reports.
