Local Rule Rule 7056-1: Summary Judgment

Rule 7056-1. Summary Judgment D. Me. Local R. 56 and Local Rule 9013-1 apply to summary judgment motions filed in adversary proceedings, except that no prefiling notices or conferences shall be required as set forth in D. Me. Local R. 56(h). The deadlines relating to motions for summary judgment shall be governed by the terms of the applicable pretrial scheduling order.
