Local Rule Rule 9027-1: Removal

Rule 9027-1. Removal Within seven days after filing a notice of removal of an action from a state or federal court to this court under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9027, the party seeking removal shall serve a copy of the notice of removal on all parties to the removed claim or action and file a certified copy of the docket sheet of the removed action. Within 14 days of the filing of the notice of removal, the party seeking removal shall file copies of all filings from the removed action together with written representation that the copies of all filings are true and accurate from the removed action.
