Rule 9051-1. Judicial Settlement Conferences Bankruptcy judges will be available to conduct judicial settlement conferences as their workload permits and upon conditions that they will set for the parties. All judicial settlement conference proceedings are confidential as provided by the Federal Rules of Evidence, law or contract.
