RULE 2002-4. ADDRESSES
(a) The debtor's attorney (or the debtor or debtor's counsel, if pro se) must notify, in writing, the Clerk, all creditors, parties in interest, and all attorneys and parties who have filed appearancesappeared in the case or any proceedingrequested notice of a mailing address change for the debtor or debtor's counselthe debtor's attorney within fourteen (14) days of such change.
(b) The Clerk shall direct all returned notices of athe 11 U.S.C. § 341 meeting of creditors and discharge orders to the debtor's attorney (or the debtor, if pro se,) to enable that party to locate the correct address and to forward the notice or order to that address. The responsible party must file a certificate of service of the newforwarded mailing with the Clerk and must request, in writing, that the Clerk change the creditor's address on the matrix.
