RULE 3001-1. PROOFS OF CLAIM IN NO ASSET CASES In any case in which creditors have been advised that there are insufficient assets to pay a dividend, and the trustee, in accordance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3002(c)(5),, subsequently notifies the Court that payment of a dividend is anticipated, the Clerk shall issue a bar date for the filing of claims and a notice that creditors who previously filed proofs of claims need not file claims again in order to receive a distribution.
