RULE 5011-1. WITHDRAWAL OF THE REFERENCE A motion for withdrawal of the reference shall be filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, accompanied by a properly completed United States District Court cover sheet and the prescribed filing fee. Upon the filing of such a motion, the Clerk shall docket receipt of the motion and promptly transmit the original motion and cover sheet to the Clerk of the United States District Court for disposition.
