RULE 7003-1. INFORMATION TO ACCOMPANY COMPLAINT IN ADVERSARY PROCEEDINGS The original complaint commencing an adversary proceeding filed with the Clerk shall be accompanied by a completed adversary proceeding cover sheet, (Official (Director's Form B1040).
