RULE 7052-1. JUDGMENTS-PREPARATION AND ENTRY Subject to the provisions of Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7054, upon a general verdict of a jury or upon a decision by the Court that a party shall recover only money or costs or that all relief shall be denied, the Clerk, unless the Court orders otherwise, shall forthwith prepare, sign and enter the judgment without further order of the Court; provided, however, that upon either a decision by the Court granting other relief or upon a special or general verdict accompanied by answers to interrogatories, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. the Courtshall49 (made applicable by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9015) the Court may enter the judgment. The judgment shall be set forth on a separate document, in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 58,58 (made applicable by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7058) and shall be effective only upon its entry on the docket, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 79(a). Entry of the judgment shall not be delayed for the taxing of costs.
