RULE 9005.1-1. NOTIFICATION OF CLAIM OF UNCONSTITUTIONALITY A notice filed in compliance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9005.1 shall be served upon the United States trustee and shall include the basis upon which the party claims the statute to be unconstitutional.
