RULE 9027-1. REMOVAL Upon motion, the Court, in its discretion, may permit the filing of a certified docket and photocopies of all records and proceedings in a state or federal court, upon the representationaffidavit of counselthe attorney for the party removing the action (or the party, if pro se) that the pleadings are true and accurate copies of the pleadings on file with the state or federal court.
