RULE 9074-1. APPEARANCES BY TELEPHONE OR VIDEOCONFERENCEVIDEO A person may appear at a pretrial conference or nonevidentiary hearing by telephone or by videoconference, for good cause shown. The request shall be in writing and timely filed with the Clerk and will be allowed only if appropriate under the circumstances, considering, without limitation, the nature of the hearing, proximity of the person requesting such an appearance and the resulting savings in travel time and reduction of expenses of that person and/or the Court. The telephone numbers and fax numbers for the courtroom deputies are set forth in Appendix 5.

If the Court has scheduled a hearing that is not being conducted by telephone or video, a party may file a motion to request to appear by telephone or video at the hearing.
