2025 Advisory Committee Notes Former Local Rule 2015-1 was abrogated as unnecessary. The duty to make reports is governed by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2015. Moreover, if the trustee in a chapter 12 or 13 case wishes to be heard regarding any request for relief, the trustee may file a response.
