Rule 2015.1-1. Patient-Care Ombudsman's Report When making a report under 11 U.S.C. § 333(b)(2) and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2015.1(a), a patient-care ombudsman must also give notice of the report to each entity that issues licenses to or regulates the debtor or the debtor's principal.
