Rule 9033-1. Findings and Conclusions in Non-Core Proceedings If proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law are filed under Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9033 and the time to file objections has expired, the clerk of the bankruptcy court will transmit copies of all relevant documents to the clerk of district court.
