Rule 7007-1. Motions and Responses Local Rules 9006-1, 9013-1, 9013-2, and 9017-1 govern motions and responses in adversary proceedings.

2024 Advisory Committee Notes Local Rule 7007-1 was amended to remove unnecessary language about proper requests for relief. The other changes are stylistic only; no substantive changes were intended.
