RULE 3011-1. Unclaimed Funds A party seeking disbursement of unclaimed funds deposited with the Clerk must file an application substantially conforming to the Official Form 1340 and a certificate of service. Upon entry of an Order granting an Application for Unclaimed Funds, the clerk's office shall wait 14 days to make the associated disbursement.
